EE-11 URUTU SAYMAR Ltd. Has developed an upgrading kit for the EE-11 URUTU APC including of the following:
New and more powerful Mercedes engine, new air, electrical and improved braking systems, as well as a new hydraulic driver seat, and much more.

SAYMAR Ltd. also offers a refurbishment program that includes comprehensive repair and reconditioning of the vehicle consisting of an overhaul for the engine, power drive, suspension, and other hull systems.

The upgrading or refurbishment programs can be performed in SAYMAR's own facilities or in the customer's country.

New major systems installed in the upgrading kit:

1. Engine Installation of a new & more powerful (190 HP) Mercedes-Benz OM 366 LA diesel engine provides the following assets:

• Commercially available engine, improves availability of maintenance and logistics
• Reduced operational and maintenance costs
• Higher vehicle performance

2. Electrical System The state of the art system designed to overcome operating and maintenance problems encountered in the original system. The Improved electrical system meets the requirements of the modernized vehicles.

3. Braking system Saymar Ltd. has installed a new and modern braking system to overcome operating and maintenance difficulties, encountered in the original system.
The new braking system is based on air assisting hydraulic enabling the user to operate the vehicle much easier and more safely. The new system features high standardization, better vehicle performance, communality, and support. The new braking system will increase the driver's control over vehicle.
