PINZGAUER 712 SAYMAR Ltd. has developed an upgrading kit tailored to upgrade the original PINZGAUER 712. The kit improves the vehicle capabilities, extends the vehicle operational life, and enables the use of such a fleet among other state of the art military vehicles.

The upgrading kit for the PINZGAUER 712 includes the replacement of the original engine by a more powerful MITSUBISHI PAJERO 2.8 TDI or STEYR MOTOR 2TD Diesel engines, new automatic transmission, new liquid cooling system, new and modernized electrical system, new hydraulic assisted power steering, new and larger fuel tank, new lights and much more.

SAYMAR Ltd. has the engineering knowledge and the industrial and logistic capabilities of performing such an upgrading program in its own plant or in the customer's facilities.

Engine Installation of a new diesel engine provides the improves the availability of maintenance and logistics, increases the vehicle safety and survivability ,results in a longer drive range , reduced operational and maintenance costs

Cooling System A new designed cooling system to meet high military standard needs and to improve engine performance.

Electrical System The improved electrical system meets the requirements of the modernized vehicles (using Diesel fuel).

Steering system The original steering system has been upgraded by a hydraulic powered system. The system works on hydraulic pressure and enables easy and accurate steering.
