VBL Reconnaissance Armored Vehicle SAYMAR Ltd. has developed an upgrading kit for the PANHARD VBL reconnaissance armored vehicle. This consists of replacing the original engine by a TOYOTA 2LT Diesel engine with a new cooling and new electrical systems for the vehicle.

SAYMAR Ltd. also has the engineering capabilities to perform any additional changes of the internal and external sections of the vehicle according to the customer's requirements.
